To help you train with purpose I wanted to share some of my favourite open water and pool swim workouts to help you improve your swimming for your next open water challenge or triathlon event. This book has 20 swim sessions of various lengths and focus to help you develop your freestyle or front crawl stroke. Plus, some tips on how to improve your technique. There are Pool Open Water (POW) workouts to practice open water specific skills, pool swimming technique sessions and those for the open water.

Working on your speed, power, endurance, and technique with these structured sessions you will improve.
