Do you have a goal of completing a triathlon? This low volume swim plan will enable you to successfully complete the swim leg of your sprint triathlon. The purpose of this plan is to help you complete your triathlon swim distance with maximum efficiency so you can transition to the bike and run legs with energy and confidence.

Each week comes with technical focus with complimentary drills and workouts to zone in on each skill and learn to swim more efficiently. Be sure to read each weekly description carefully to prepare for the week ahead.

This periodised progression will allow you to see compounding improvements in your stroke, aerobic and muscular endurance as you progress. Every session in an opportunity to move your swimming forward and prepare for a successful triathlon.
