A structured 10-week training plan designed to prepare you for Olympic-distance Aquabike racing with confidence. Created by Coach Karen Parnell, this plan focuses on smart, sustainable performance gains using the proven 80/20 endurance training method.

You’ll build aerobic endurance, bike strength, and swim speed through a clear progression of swim, bike, and brick sessions — finishing with a well-timed taper to ensure you arrive on the start line fresh and race-ready.

Best for:
Intermediate athletes with prior aquabike or swim/bike experience who can train 8–10 hours per week and comfortably swim and bike for 60 minutes.
