ChiliTri Spicy 45 Indoor Cycling Workout with Spotify Playlist

This workout has an accompanying playlist, so you can work out to the music and synchronise your efforts to the choruses and BPM.

The session includes hill climbs in and out of the saddle, sprints, Tabata and hip Strengtheners. The 45 min length makes it ideal for a cheeky lunchtime session or when you don't have much time to train and need good return on investment and variety. Start the play list when your avatar starts pedalling and it should sync perfectly.
This workout is based on a static cycling (spin) session so should appeal to people who love spin sessions and cyclist/triathletes alike.
